Before I use to have the 32bit image installed and, if I remember good, the webcam worked fine. Include keywords along with product name. And I did try to update the camra through device manager, But, it says, 'The best driver for the device was installed' I tryed turning my privacy setting's off, and my cam on. I believe my problem has something to do with it being a 64 bit system, but I am not sure. For Samsung Print products, enter the M/C or Model Code found on the product label.
